Paweł Drabik Joins “Rector’s Coffee with the Graduate”
During the meeting with Rector Dr. hab. Andrzej Rozmus, Prof. UITM, and Vice-Rector for Teaching, Dr. Barbara Przywara, Paweł Drabik shared insights about their studies and talked about career opportunities in their field.
“At the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in Management (2016–2019), followed by a Master’s in Human Resource Management (2019–2021),” said Paweł. “I currently serve as Sales Director. I am responsible for executing the sales strategy, overseeing the sales team, and growing relationships with key clients. My goal is to continuously improve performance and develop the entire sales department,” he added.
Paweł Drabik is a UITM graduate with extensive professional experience. Before joining VerniTech, he served as National Sales Director at Maxstone. Prior to that, he spent over 14 years at Śnieżka Group, where he held a series of roles including: Technical Advisor for Investments, Regional Investment Manager, Regional Director for Investments, and Regional Sales Director for Foveo Tech insulation systems.
“My studies at UITM significantly expanded my theoretical knowledge in management, psychology, and working with people. While I was gaining practical experience on the job, the university helped me structure that knowledge, understand underlying mechanisms and processes, and develop my leadership and strategic competencies,” Paweł Drabik shared.
He chose UITM for its attractive range of programs, modern teaching approach, and practical curriculum. “The university has a great reputation, and the study programs matched both my interests and career path. Also, a key advantage was the ability to balance work and study,” he said.
Is UITM a university worth recommending?
“Absolutely. The university offers strong theoretical foundations while emphasizing practical application of knowledge. As a result, students are better prepared for the job market. Personally, I gained many valuable tools and ideas that support me in my daily management challenges,” said Paweł Drabik.
Rector’s Coffee with the Graduate is a series of meetings between UITM alumni and the University’s leadership, designed to maintain strong alumni relations and foster collaboration in various areas — including business networking, student workshops, internships, collaborative projects, and the development of the Alumni Club.
