I consent to the processing by the University of Information Technology and Management, based in Rzeszów, ul. Sucharskiego 2, 35 - 225 Rzeszów, of my personal data contained in the form for the purpose and to the extent necessary to achieve the objectives of the Alumni Club of the University of Information Technology and Management, as indicated in the Regulations of the Alumni Club of the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów in accordance with Art. 6. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC hereinafter "RODO", I inform you that: 1) Personal data administrator is the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów, adres: str. Sucharskiego 2, 35 – 225 Rzeszów still „UITM”. 2) UITM appointed Data Protection Officer at the School of Information Technology and Management (IOD) email: iod@wsiz.edu.pl 3) Personal Data will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to carry out the activities conducted by the UITM Alumni Club: a) Create and Nurture ties between the university and its graduates. b) Organizing integration meetings. c) Advice on professional matters. d) Forecasting opportunities for education and competence upgrading through postgraduate studies, training, language courses, among others. e) Providing members of the Alumni Club with a database of job offers, internships, apprenticeships, newsletters. f) Promoting the image of graduates in employer circles by, among other things, posting graduates' profiles on the Alumni Club website, and by inviting graduates to various conferences/career days held at the university. g) Study of the professional fate of graduates. 4) Personal data will be processed for the period of time necessary to maintain membership in the UITM Alumni Club and for the purposes indicated in Section 3. 5) Personal data will not be shared with anyone unless it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which UITM is a party (e.g., operation of IT systems) or it is required by law. 6) Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization. 7) The data provided will not be subject to profiling. 8) You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to make changes, request deletion under the terms of the RODO. 9) The Administrator can be contacted via e - mail address: rodo@wsiz.edu.pl or in writing to the Administrator's registered office address.
