Currently, Michał Duplaga represents two companies: ENEBariery Sp. z o. o. and Maszynowcy. As he said at the meeting with the Rector of UITM, Andrzej Rozmus, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. and Vice-Rector of UITM for Teaching, Dr Barbara Przywara: At ENEBariery, as a member of the management board and commercial director, I am responsible for marketing and commercial strategy, team and budget management, as well as interdepartmental cooperation. Our company specializes in providing energy-absorbing barriers for industry, mainly for large production companies and warehouses. We place great emphasis on product development and innovation, negotiations and building relationships with clients, says Michał Duplaga.

As the owner of the company Maszynoznawcy, Michał Duplaga focuses on strategic management of the company, distribution and sale of specialized equipment. We provide advanced solutions in the field of industrial robotics and automation. I also conduct technological audits in enterprises, identifying areas for optimization and modernization of production processes. What is crucial for me is building and maintaining strategic business relationships and managing a team of specialists, adds the graduate.

Michał Duplaga’s educational path began with a bachelor’s degree in computer graphics and multimedia production. My diploma thesis was about “Creating a brand on the Subcarpathian market”, with a specialization in the multimedia entertainment space. Then Michał Duplaga obtained a master’s degree in Management, specializing in enterprise and public institution management. My master’s thesis focused on “Automation of production processes in an enterprise as a key element of organizational development,” says Michał Duplaga.

He adds: I remember my studies very positively. I value the contacts I have established among both students and lecturers. The subjects I learned during my studies turned out to be extremely useful in my current professional activity. Additionally, I served as a class president twice, which was a valuable experience for me. Studies at UITM were of key importance for my professional development. There I learned not only the theory but also practical aspects of management and automation, which I now use every day in running my companies. The value of these studies is not limited only to academic knowledge, but also to the acquired interpersonal skills and business network, which have proven invaluable in my professional career.
